How do I start ordering labels?
To start ordering your labels online first pick your size, shape or product that you require, choose your material and your varnish type. Once your options are selected, click Start. Next, choose to upload your artwork files or use our free online design tool to create your label design. Once done click ‘Add to Basket’. It’s that easy!
Can I customise the label design?
Absolutely! Our online label printing platform allows you to upload your print ready artwork, or you can use our online label designer to create it. Simply choose your product, specification, and quantity, and hit the Start button.
What types of materials can I select for my labels?
We offer a variety of label materials to meet your unique business needs. Check out the available materials when ordering. Each product page will explain the benefits of each material!
How quickly will I receive my order?
All our customised products are made-to-order, offering a standard delivery period of within 5 business days.
Can I return or exchange my labels if I am not satisfied with the quality?
Our goal is to make sure you are satisfied with our products and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within seven days of receiving your labels, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Do you offer label layout or design services?
Yes, we offer label design and layout services in addition to our printing capabilities. Contact us for details.
What if I have a unique label requirement not covered by your online store?
Hine Labels is dedicated to providing bespoke solutions for our clients. Please contact us, and we will work with you to develop a custom solution to your specific requirements.
What is your minimum and maximum order quantity?
For online orders, we accept orders with quantities ranging from 200 labels up to 2000 labels (Check your required product for the price breaks). However, our bespoke solutions can accommodate large order quantities, so don't hesitate to contact us if you have specific requirements.

How much does delivery cost?
- Labels Only - UK Mainland = FREE
- Appointment Cards - UK Mainland = £15
- Northern Ireland = £40
- Republic of Ireland = £68
- Channel Islands (Guernsey/Jersey) = £38
How can I pay?
We accept Debit Card, Credit Card payments, and Bank Transfer by Bacs. All securely processed by Stripe. We do not accept offline payment (i.e. cheques) or payments via telephone.
